Faulty product

The product was great, is very tall and easy to use, only issue I had with it is how loose the head was. Didnt have to tilt my camera much before it fell on its own, and I did try tightening it, but there was little to no change on it's loosness, hence why I think I got a faulty product. In the end I returned it as it wasnt a great match for my camera and didn't fully fulfill what I needed from it. But otherwise I think this product is great for it's other qualities.

Supple, Sturdy Tripod for the Jogging Crowd

Genuinely the best tripod I've used in my career as a filmist. It's extremely simple to use, and doesn't require instructions in my experience. I love that it has a handle on the side, in case I want to hold the tripod like I would a gimbal. Comes with a strapped carrying bag, so I can swing it on over my shoulder. I'm honestly struggling to come up with marks against it. I guess the little button thingamajig on the top, right by the screw for the camera? That was a little frustrating to get on because my camera had a special adapter. That's it though.
If you're in the market for an easy to use tripod that won't break the bank, I can't reccomend this enough. Check it out!
