Disappointing and Unusable

Inexplicable delay in optical audio output means the video and audio are perpetually out of sync. The sound bar doesn't respond to any of my universal remote controller's codes, and the remote learning feature always fails, so even if this sound bar was usable, I would have to juggle an extra remote for volume control.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
