Works as well as advertised; but is not as quieter as its description leads you to believe. It came with three cups but only two caps. A third lid needs to be included

I love the nutribullet Ultra it makes the best smoothies the only thing I don't like about it is the smoothness of the blender lid it makes it very difficult to get it off sometimes especially if you have small hands like me!!!!
