Faulty firmware that bricks cam

When I first bought this Window Cam I had a little problem with it connecting to the router, but my patience and persistence got it working after 1 hour, you have to use very old technology with the 2.4 Ghz instead of the newer Wi-Fi 5 or 6 or 7 Ghz . I have finally given up on the reliability of them and sold them off because it was passed the very small return date of 30 days, but they give an 18-month warranty, but they will not refund my money for their faulty products.

Works good most of the time. When our internet blips it knocks out the cameras and we have to reset to the factory setting and reset everything so that is a little frustrating.
