Easy after watching video instructions

I don’t do well with written directions so I watched the installation video on YouTube and that made the installation a lot easier. It’s working great, cool and quiet so far.

Cooling is excellent. Quiet as possible. Installation a bit challenging but doable. I have the 6100 BTU Model cools room perfectly.

Unit didn’t work

I really wanted to love this unit, but unfortunately, it didn’t work right out of the box. It would turn on for about 30 seconds and then completely stop. I called about what we should do or how to fix it, and was told just to return it. Quite a hassle when it was all said and done.

It’s super quiet compared to the portable ac with the hose attached to the window and also Very energy efficient. The ac tops off at 469watts as opposed to 890watts. Just using the fan on the unit only uses 22-25watts the other ac used 110watts just for the fan alone and that’s crazy. Very satisfied with this new ac.

Love this unit. The only downside was the installation but it was well worth the work this unit is quiet, efficient and nice looking. I recommend this product.

Cooling seams to not be a problem unit runs great. Noise is minimal, wow this is why I purchased this unit for the quite. Installation now that was the reason for the 4 stars, you guys could of but just a few more words or maybe some better pictures to help guide someone on how to assemble this unit would of helped. Otherwise wise after a few times reading and reviewing the instructions my son and I got it installed. Just one more would of advice people, the one thing people seam to never mention is just how much more a unit like this sits into the room. Unlike a traditional windows unit which just sticks out maybe an inch or so this unit is a good 10 inches poking into the room. Just a heads up for the reads.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
