P1 error

AC worked great but the condensation wouldn’t pump to the back. Brand new. Couldn’t have been dirty. Happened all afternoon even after I drained it 4-5 times.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Worked fine for a season and then after storage in the original box for the winter, won’t work the next year. Warranty is weak at 1 year - products from Midea and Hisense have a much better warranty.
When they work they are great. When it doesn’t the GE support is subpar.
Go with another unit.

Cools well, works like crap

Extremely loud when the pump turns on. The entire unit vibrates as if the compressor is inside. It continuously gives error code as well because the pump csn never keep up with condensate removal. There should be a hose to allow for drainage rather than a pump. Pooy designed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The model AHTT06BC is designed to provide a great performance to cool small rooms. One of our favorite features is the built-in Wi-Fi. The built-in Wi-Fi allows you to connect your unit to our SmartHQ app where you can monitor and control your air conditioner on your smart phone or tablet. You'll be able to turn your a/c on or off, change the different cooling modes, and get reminders to clean or change your air conditioner’s filter.
