Very happy with this inverted U AC

Installation was straighten forward and not difficult. The unit looks great in my window. It is whisper quiet. So quiet in the whisper mode, in fact, that I find myself wondering if it’s running (it is). And it cools down our bedroom quickly. Only complaint I have is with the remote control. The lettering on the remote is in silver on a beige background, and I literally can’t see the lettering in the early morning light when I want to turn the AC off without getting out of bed. Easy fix — lettering should be in black, not silver. This is a no brainer. Can’t believe a modern company would design a remote with such hard-to-see lettering.

Great for home office 12x15 room

I bought this to replace another brand that was recalled. It is for my home office and so I ordered the 6100 unit. Install was fairly straightforward. I like the U type units as they are like a small mini split configuration. I use this with a 2kw battery and solar setup that I already had. I only use the Cool or Fan modes and have not had to use household power at all.
The unit is fairly quiet inside the house. It is noisier when outside near the unit. Water pools under the outside fan and the fan hits the water hence the noise.
Overall I like it except for the Eco setting which goes from nice and cool to hot to cool to hot. No idea what they were thinking with this mode. It cannot keep a steady temperature.

We purchased this unit to fit a small window in our upstairs primary bedroom that is always warmer than the rest of the house. Our bedroom is large with vaulted ceilings so we wanted to ensure that the unit we bought could cool it efficiently and effectively. This AC unit is amazing! Not only does it make our bedroom nice and chilly, it is very quiet - unlike the previous portable unit we used to have. Also, I love that I can control it with my phone and see how much energy the unit is using each day. I highly recommend!

Great AC unit, very quiet can’t hear it running, cooled our Bedroom from 80 degrees down to 72 in about 20 mins.
