Keeps cooling!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Barely got cool after 1 season of use even with all troubleshooting and cleaning of filters etc. It's super unfair that this unit continue to be sold given the consistent negative feedback on it stop getting cool after a year. Feel taken advantage of. By the time you realize its past the point of replacement.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Please make sure there are no curtains, blinds, or furniture blocking the vents on the front, bottom, or back of the air conditioner. Additionally, you can adjust the temperature to a colder setting by selecting Cool mode and pressing the Decrease (–) pad. You can find more information on page 16 of the owner's manual here:

Cooling could be better
