Excellent unit - quiet, flexible installation

Bought this unit to enhance AC on 2nd floor of home where central air wasn't providing much cooling. This unit has a flexible center section that can be expanded for non-standard installation (needed to accommodate roof outside of window). So glad we bought this air conditioner just before 2022 summer heat wave in NJ.

I love the fact I can turn off the AC remotely if I forget to do that leaving the house, and I can turn it on so my room can be cool by the time I get home

ECO mode is buggy

As I'm getting old, I don't want to keep setting up & putting away the window AC yearly. I got this for the saddle design. As a handy man, I thought I could skip the installation manual but this AC has a little trick up its sleeves so do look up how to adjust the AC to the width of the window sill & wall. Even though the compressor is on the outside, this unit is NOT as quiet as it claims.
My biggest issue is with the ECO mode. It cannot detect the room temperature correctly so it fails to maintain the desired temperature. Multiple times each night, I find myself moving my bed sheet back and forth due to the temperature changes, whether too warm or too cool.
The installation kit is OK but not great. Different kinds of foam were provided to fill the gaps.

Actually super quiet! And powerful!

Purchased this after a bunch of research, and hoped it was as quiet as advertised. Honestly, it’s unbelievably super quiet. I use it to augment my central a/c as our upstairs gets warm. I don’t even keep my central ac running all day now with this gem. 10/10 would recommend.

Difficult to install in 2nd story window...needed a ladder. Hopefully we didn't damage the siding or window trim!

So far so good it was a very easy install and doesn't take long to cool down the entire room I'll turn it on for maybe an hour and my room stays cold I haven't seen a drastic change in my electric bill it's little to nothing of a change the product is so quiet I honestly forget that it's on sometime if the room wasn't so cold I wouldn't know that it was running I do prefer to use the remote because pushing the button on the machine doesn't always work I can turn it off by machine and it'll pop back on I don't know if I'm just pushing it too hard or too many times or I'm not sure but the remote just works better for me other than that great machine

Super quiet, fits in small window

I bought this to put in a window that only opens 12 inches. I had to remove the bottom sash to fit the unit in. Once installed, it only takes up 4 inches in height and the bottom sash went back in no problem. Bonus, it's super quiet and we don't need to crank the TV to hear it. This is installed in a room that's about 250 sqft and keeps the room comfortable, not super cold, even when outside temps are in the 90s.
