Works ok, but not for price , querky

Air conditioner makes a fair amount of water bubbling noises, and clean filter light flashes despite filter being cleaned. The water noises can be quite loud despite the ac being fairly quiet otherwise.
It is nice to have the ac low in the window too get the natural light
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It's been running only four days. So far so good. Very pleased with the product and hope it continues to operate the way it has been working. Very quiet for a window unit and cools the room very nice.

Great idea for a window air conditioner

Our older home has small and high double hung windows. (the sills are about 5' off the floor) This clever design only blocks the bottom few inches of the window allowing a full view. The unit is very quiet since the noisier parts are outside and down behind the wall. It came with a remote, but we use the GE phone app as well as Alexa and Google smart speaker control. We also like that the touch switch panel on the front goes completely dark after use. The only negative is that they included a WiFi on/off on the front panel and it's too easy to accidentally turn WiFi off. Then app and speaker control is lost and we've had to setup the WiFi all over again. We plan to buy another unit for another bedroom soon.

Bought it as supplemental AC for our large camper in the living room without obstructing our window view or being to loud and it does both great while keeping it cool at the same time!
