Excellent window air conditioner

The product itself is really great. It is quiet, cools nicely and easy to operate. It would deserve 4 stars.
However, I was not able to setup WiFi without help. Tech support was great too, but it required a 22 minute call.

Great choice, need drainage review

Easy to install, great features, quiet operation. Unfortunately, accumulated water on the back gets in contact with the fan propeller and made a loud noise that ended up with us shutting down the AC at night.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Wi-Fi doesn't work

We bought 4, 2 larger and 2 6100 btu. We were able to connect to the first unit - after a phone call to a ge trouble shooter. The support team has been unable to get the other 3 to connect - final suggestion call warranty people. Their canned message - return to seller. Yeah, as soon as they remove and take them. Do not buy for the wifi option. They are quiet. 80% satisfied

Great AC unit overall. Love the low profile. A little difficult to install but not too bad. Had a hard time connecting up the wifi.

This air conditioner is exactly what I wanted. Quiet yet powerful and does not stress my window and rattle like a typical ac would. Very good installation package is also included.
