Great Air Conditioner

Great air conditioner, however the touch buttons to change mode have gotten harder and harder to press to change modes. That leaves using the remote, which only cycles through the available modes. So you need to memorize the order of Cool, Fan, Eco, Dry and be able to see the indicating dot from across the room to see where it’s at. But definitely an efficient air conditioner.

Love it. It's works really well, is quiet (with various options) and can still look out the windows. Installation took some time but other than that it's a great product and will be ordering another larger one shortly.

I've been looking for a quiet air conditioner for years now and finally found one! I had to actually walk over to it to make sure it was on the first night I ran it. We are definitely able to get a good night sleep with a quiet A/C and a cool room. It takes two people to install it and the leveling screws are tough to turn if you install it in a second floor window. All-in-all its an excellent product.
