Having had a few bumps in the road I feel I can give a broad positive review.
I did have some initial issues connecting the WiFi something was wrong with the unit. Support was great and responsive and the ability to exchange the unit was also easy to accomplish. Not going to complain that I got a bad unit because the support was amazing.

Replacement AC connected immediately and the scheduling from the app is a great feature and is working well.
The unit itself is really quiet. The first unit did have an occasional vibration but I didn't use the glue in foam because I see myself wanting to remove for the winter. So I made a support piece to protect me windows but didn't have any vibration absorption. When I exchanged the unit I added a piece of 1/8 neoprene rubber and so maybe that is why it now is amazingly quiet.

Good, but not perfect

Positives: Wifi programmable AC works well. Installation kit good except for 2 things. Should have more holes for width adjustment so could be more precise and the window insulation strip provided is thin and wimpy. Heavier than usual, doubt I will make effort to take out in the fall.
Negatives: Temp guage reads 4 degrees higher than actual. (If you want 72, have to program 68) Occasionally squeals some. Is designed so that the fan blade continuously throws water at coil to increase efficiency, BUT also creates an irritating splashing noise. App is rudimentary, gets the job done but could be better.

Easy to install. It's so quiet, you hardly know it's there, even on high. The room stays very comfortable without feeling like there is air blowing on you all the time.
