HORRIFIC!. ONLY HAD IT 3 DAYS. LOUDER THEN A FREGHT TRAIN. SHUTS OFF EVERY 15 TO 20 MINS. GRINDS. SHOWS P1 ERROR, TRIED TO RESET PER THE TROUBLE SHOOTING INFO NO LUCK. THE P1 ERROR CONTINES. CALLED SERVICE, THEY HAVE A REPAIR PERSON SCHEDULE TO CHECK IT OUT.

Quiet Cool is very REAL!

My product came damaged (ordered through Amazon), so I am unable to control my a/c via remote or the unit itself. However, being able to use the app is awesome. The a/c works as advertised, as far as being a quiet running machine. It does make strange sounds from time to time while in Energy saver mode, but I'm very happy with my purchase.
I would recommend this to a friend!

It works very efficiently and "quietly" and not intrusive in the room as with other portable air conditioners. As per instructions it does require 2 people for installation.

We're unable to install central air due to the age of the house so window AC is the only option. We've purchased several brands and models and never been satisfied until now. This is the best window AC we've owned; the features and performance are unmatched by any other product we've owned. We will be replacing all the other units with the GE Low Profile AC

Easy and Secure in Window and is Very Quite

We've only had it for a few weeks and so far, love it. It is easy to install, and I like the way it fits on the window sill. It is very quite and cools the room good. As of right now, we are very pleased with it. I hope that it will last a long time, but time will tell.
