VERY Loud on the Outside

While the cooling, features, and installation are great, and it's quiet on the inside portion, the unit is SO loud on the outside that it's quite difficult to deal with. I have this unit in my bedroom and I can hear the roar and rattle of the unit's outside portion, and it interferes with my sleep. Also, there are times when the water, which I'm assuming from condensation, builds up and makes a loud noise as well. I usually would not take the time to write a review, but would like others to know that if they are looking for a "quiet" unit, this isn't it. Not sure if there's anything I can do to fix/assist with this issue?

Central A/C has a problem cooling the farthest room from the air handler. This room gets all the heat of SW Florida sun. Very quiet unit, had to add a fan for white noise.

I love my air conditioner

I love it. It's quiet. Love the wifi capability. The fact I can see out of my window and still have air conditioning is priceless. The saddle design is perfect. No worries about the until falling out of the window.

HORRIBLE. loud grinding noise, shuts off. P1 errors. Schedule a report, the tube is faulty. Service person doesnt carry replacement parts. I need to wait 2 weeks for part then called anout for an appointment. Entire issue will take 4 weeks to be repaired

Excellent AC

Simple to install in a vinyl-framed double hung window - chose to insert a strip of wood into the bottom rail to protect the vinyl which worked great. The unit is reassuringly stable once mounted. Operation is very quiet and I'm able to sleep easily just a few feet from the unit while it is operating.
