Nice and quiet when needed. Can also make a little noise if needed for sleep. Definitely better than the old design A/C.

I dreaded the idea of putting a unit in my bedroom window that would block my view. This unit does not disappoint. It is quite and cools the room quickly. I love that I was able to create shortcuts on the app that I can adjust anytime of the day without running up the stairs. I only wish I had bought this years ago!
