The air conditioner is, by far, the quietest A/C I have ever owned. The fact that it doesn't block the window is a plus. It cools the room down quickly.

Perfect for our master bedroom. Love this design. The window can be closed more and the side panels are sturdy and don’t allow bugs or outside air to come in.

It’s a keeper

It’s the best investment I have ever made with window units. I installed it in my sunroom, which can get very hot, and it keeps the room so cool I changed the temp to be higher. It is the neatest thing I have ever seen. So quiet you forget it’s on. The installation was super easy. I am 75 years old (and still active) and had my son help me lift it to the window. Highly highly recommended this one. It’s a jewel!

Cools well. Weak features

Product cools well and is very quiet. I don’t like that when you shut unit off it doesn’t start back at same settings. That’s a personal complaint. Wi-Fi or Bluetooth will not connect. Help line was no help at all.
