Second time purchasing it

I use our Mailstation a couple times daily and also send out marketing materials with it twice a month. The Staples ink cartrige lasted us 6 months just like the Pitney Bowes one did. I didn't notice any difference between the two inks and never had any returned to me due to the ink stamp. It costs the same as it does through Pitney Bowes[...] Staples offers it in stores and online [...]. I'll continue to buy it from Staples as long as we have the Mailstation.

Improper lines

No matter how many times I reset the new ink function it will not print complete & straight lines

This is a lot less expensive than the name brand ink cartridge. The only problem is that the machine starts saying the cartridge is low after only a couple of weeks of use. Still the cartridge will last months beyond that first date of the low ink indication. I wonder if there is a defect in the sensor that indicates low ink. I would buy this again because it is way more economical than the ink I would have to purchase from my postage machine provider. Great service from Staples in the way of speedy delivery!

Went to change out the ink in my postage meter - I had purchased 2 so I wouldn't run out - neither one of them worked. Had to reorder from Pitney Bowes because now I don't trust these.
