The last several cartridges i have ordered from Staples does not last. I mail 1-2 pieces of mail once a month. And these cartridges do not last like they used to.

These have always worked fine for us...

... and they literally cost 1/5 of what Pitney Bowes charges for OEM product on their site. Try to gouge your customers and they will go elsewhere.

TRU Red Remanufactured Red Standard Postage Ink

We need to return this. Constantly running out of ink after 10 items or so. We have to fool the machine into thinking we are inserting a new cartridge for it to print 10 more items. We will be ordering a non-remanufactured cartridge.

The cartridge did not work and actually looked different from the previous one. Was able to get a replacement from Tru Red which did work.
