So nice that they carry hard to get cartridges that WORK! So convenient to run down to the store or order online for next day delivery. Otherwise I might have to wait weeks to get a cartridge. Great price too! Thanks Staples and all your crew at the Grants Pass OR store who made my trip to easy and quick.

dull colors

dull colors of this product. does not match oem type quality so not worth the few dollars discount over the oem product.

A complete waste of money.

I know that the Pitney Bowes inks are outrageously expensive so I sought a cheaper alternative. Staples has a great reputation and when I found these inks for the postage machine I thought I'd give one a try. When I installed the ink the printout was in no way legible enough to be used as postage. It was completely streaked and not even visible as an image. I had to take it out and throw it away. I inserted one of the Pitney Bowes cartridges (admittedly at more than 4 time the cost) and it's been printing flawlessly ever since. Live and learn.
