Good quality and much much less expensive than the Pitney Bowes cartridges.

I had to return it because the machine would not provide a good test print. Almost all of the lines were missing. It was truly an inconvenience having to return back to the store.

Received dried up cartridge

We ordered ink for our postage meter when we were notified it was getting low. Opened the new cartridge two days ago and it isn't working because it is all dried. Of course we are beyond the return eligibility date.

Went to change out the ink in my postage meter - I had purchased 2 so I wouldn't run out - neither one of them worked. Had to reorder from Pitney Bowes because now I don't trust these.
