This was our first time using Staples for our business. We opted to use in-store pick-up. The entire process was seamless. The remanufactured ink cartridge works perfectly and we got a good price for same day use. We will definitely do it this way next time.

A great value!

We purchased from the Mailstation 2 company in the past and the ink cartridges were very expensive. It’s nice knowing that there is an alternative that can save us quite a bit of money. The cartridge looks a little different from the original but it snaps into place perfectly.

Doesn't work

This does not work in a Pitney Bowes K700 mail station. PB replaced the printer head cleaned the nozzles a dozen times. Wiped everything and cleaned with rubbing alcohol. Still doesn't work. Going back to the store.
