Not happy.....

I have used this particular cartridge for years and found it was an excellent replacement for the HP product. THIS TIME I fussed with it for a week and could not get it to print anything. All others looked like new cartridges. This one appeared to be a re-manufactured with an odd label. It has cost me a week of time and work.

This was our first time using Staples for our business. We opted to use in-store pick-up. The entire process was seamless. The remanufactured ink cartridge works perfectly and we got a good price for same day use. We will definitely do it this way next time.

Have used the same product for many years and found the quality very good. However I did find the old package easier to store than the soft pack they came in this time.

Extremely short cartridge life I would dare say months shorter than those purchased through pitney bowes. Benefit is I can quickly run to our local Staples store to get one when it runs out and they are always in stock

I had to return it because the machine would not provide a good test print. Almost all of the lines were missing. It was truly an inconvenience having to return back to the store.

We were using a similar product from [...] but it was discontinued.Our Staples rep assured me this cartridge was good quality.I put it in the meter Wednesday by Thursday you could not see the imprint.It's going back and I don't what we can do for a replacement except pay the exorbitant prices for Pitney Bowes own ink cartridge

This is alot cheaper than the brand name. Although it doesnt last that long it works fine smear easily but if you give it time to dry it will be fine. We use it daily and havent had any major problem. It is small but comes in a very large staple box which I do not understand but all in all it came fine. Besides what I have mentioned above I dont see a real difference of this and the brand name at all. Maybe the look but it goes in the machine so no one will actually see it and it is not purchase for look. It is for the use and well worth it
