we rely on this product very heavily and it is a great replacement cartridge. However - it is often hard to find in stock at the store and I am forced to call mulitiple stores in order to find it.

Unsure if I'llorder in the future

I have a small office only 3 employees. The first cartridge I ordered from staples lasted a long long time. With the second one the replace ink lignt came on after 30 days. In the end it lasted 60 days total. I'm considering ordering another brand.

Expensive for the how long it lasts

I had been ordering from Staples due to the fact that the cartridge was less than ordering it from Pitney Bowes. However the price went up $10 since I ordered just a short time ago. The cartridge does not last nearly as long as I think it should for [$]. I typically mail out less than 10 pieces a week and I have to replace the cartridge about every other month which is way too often for the amount I use it. I personally don't think the expense of the machine and supplies are worth it. I will start printing my postage online with USPS after my contract with Pitney Bowes is up.
