We go to staples atleast once a week for supplies we find that the customer service in the bloomsburg pa store to be wonderful. The staff has always been very helpful helping me find what I need. Also we recently needed to purchase new computor printers I found the staff to be very noligable on the products that staples sell. We often check out the flyers for your current deals and love your coupons. We buy alot of copy paper files and cleaning products for our office. We also have used the print shop and ups center. This has also been a plus for our buisness.

My only concern which we will have to wait and see is how long the cartridge will last. We used to get 6 months from OEM. Otherwise it was easy to install and ink does dry quickly.

Staff always helpfull and friendly; ink cardridge was easy to find as stock area is not changed frequently thus able to go where I expected to find it. The Staples price was lower than the Pitney Bowes and that is always a plus when purchasing office supplies. I wish Staples would offer plain color paper on sale once in a while as our office also uses it to distinguish other documents in clients' folders. I appreciate HP ink return benefits and Staples' purchase reward coupons especially when you receive double point rewards.

This is alot cheaper than the brand name. Although it doesnt last that long it works fine smear easily but if you give it time to dry it will be fine. We use it daily and havent had any major problem. It is small but comes in a very large staple box which I do not understand but all in all it came fine. Besides what I have mentioned above I dont see a real difference of this and the brand name at all. Maybe the look but it goes in the machine so no one will actually see it and it is not purchase for look. It is for the use and well worth it
