Installed in machine and 3 days later the MailStation2 system would not print... Nice to save money on the ink but I would stick with the OEM ink.

Being able to purchase this product directly from Staples is wonderful!!! The price was much better than purchasing in the store and better than purchasing from the postal service. It was a little confusing when the price in store was about 3 x as much as the online price. It's a good thing that online orders are shipped so quickly. We will be aware of this for future purchases and check online first. You would think that since Staples matches other store prices they would also match their own online pricing!!

Even though this is a bit expensive compared to getting it refilled it is hassle free and easy to use. We buy these often on the fly when we don't have time to wait for our current ones to be refilled. Out of the past eight that I have purchased from Staples only one of them have leaked a little where it made a mess. However these are definately less expensive than getting replacements from Pitney Bowes and are worth the 15 minute trip to go buy one. THe color is an exact match and prints clearly in the machine.

I have been using these cartridges for a few years. They work fine and I haven't noticed a significant difference in either print quality or longevity compared to the OEM. Keep up the good work.
