The best alternative to Pitney Bowes

You don't have to break the bank and buy from Pitney-Bowes to have a quality product. These work great. I've used them for several years now.

Works OK but ink runs out within 6 months of minimal usage

We send out about average 2 mails a day the cartridge only lasted 6 months. Ink works fine on regular paper doesn't smudge. Wish it lasted longer but I think its pitney bowes machine that does it where they tell you ink is low and it keeps running and then all of a sudden there is no ink. it doesn't gradually run out. I'd make sure to have one stand by as soon as you get the "ink low" message on the machine.
