Defective product

The cartridge I bought on-site was defective and unusable. I didn't open the one I received in the mail 10 days later and when I went to try and return them both I was told Because it was beyond 2 weeks they wouldn't accept my return.

Short ink life!

I thought this cartridge would save us money but I was wrong. The ink doesn't last even half as long as the Pitney Bowes brand. I will only order this again if I'm in a jam and need a replacement immediately. Disappointed!

It's too soon to tell if the yield will live up to what it says it will but I'm thrilled to have gotten this at such a great price! We've had no issues with its functionality or anything either!
