Solid Machine

After having bought and returned a "toy" shredder, this one appears to be able to get through a lot of work, and, equally important, has a 9 gallon bin for less frequent cleanout. Seems solid, quiet and reliable.
Pros: Mess Reduction, Quality Construction, Quiet Operation, Sheet Capacity

Cross Cut size was larger than I expected with previous shredder!

Was used to .25" square cross cut. Surprised I have to download manual, but it makes sense. Carriage return in this text box does not work. Since we just received this in the past hour, I have not had time to use every facet, but, so far so good.

Cons: Secure Cut Size

Great shredder poor paper bin design

The shredder tends to miss the bin with some of the shredder paper. This makes it hard to fit the bin back in after you empty it. Plus the opening is just plastic and makes it hard to get the bin to lick in place. Have to take care to make sure it is properly secured otherwise the bin open up and the shredder stops. Bad design

The black clips on the bottom of the collection basket pop of very easy and are lost in the shredding paper. Would recommend some other type.
