Problem with using shredder bags?

Is there a proper way to line the pull-out bin with a shredder bag? It doesn't seem to fit securely and is loose around the bin.
Pros: Quiet Operation, Safety Features, Sheet Capacity
Cons: Quality Construction, pull-out bin could be more sturdy
I would recommend this to a friend!

Hi Paulvis. Thank you for the review. There are tabs on the rim of the basket where it meets up with the front panel of the pull-out drawer. The bag should be wrapped around these tabs and folded over the back of the basket. If you have any questions, please contact customer service for assistance.

Not so quite

Worked quietly for 2 months and less than 400 sheets of paper. It is now making grinding noise and right at the end sounds like somethings breaking inside. Also, I now have to push the paper in by applying some force, whereas before I just dropped the paper in. Not sure, perhaps a not fully QC'd unit? I mean other reviews rave about it!
