I have purchased at least four shredders which have been expensive buisness equipment junk. This has been the best shredder I have purchased.
Pros: Quality Construction, Jam Resistance, Secure Cut Size
Cons: Sheet Capacity

Love it, love it, love it!!!

I had had it with the rooty-poot shredders. When I decided to open my business that must honor HIPPA guidelines, I knew I had no time to mess with paper jams or only shredding 3-5 pages at one time. Enter SB-99Ci. I chose it because it claimed to be 100% Jam-proof...it was not just a claim...it is fact! It really does shred 17 pages. I have no problems with the shredder-it shreds flawlessly. I even find myself looking for things to shred...the thicker the pile the better! And it is so quiet! It is amazing! I can't comment on the warranty because I have no need for it, but it does come with some type of warranty. I also love that it is compact, has a side pocket to store paper "to be shred" and it really does shred credit cards, too. Love it, love it, love it!!!

Fab shredder

There are just six people in our office, but someone has managed to ruin every shredder we've had within nine months of purchase--until now. Our Fellowes shredder has broken that cycle. It's quiet compared to others we've owned and does a great job. Thanks, Fellowes!

This is a great product for everyday use in a small office. The shredder is reletively quiet and very easy to use. The safety feature is "key" since the shredder is kept in an open area of our office.

Great Shredder!

If you are looking for a quiet shredder, this is the one for you. I hate shredders that sound like you are standing on a runway listening to airplanes take off! We have had the 99Ci for a month and have had no problems with it. It is in a recreation center and is used a lot. Very durable and dependable! I like the size of the container. We don't have to empty it as often!

WORST PURCHASE EVER

This shredder is not for constant use. First thing in the morning you can shred for 15 minutes at the most and then you have to let it cool for 45 minutes. Every hour you get about 1 1/2 medium kitchen bags of shredded content. We constantly oil it but it overheats after 15 minutes of use. I even tried feeding 5 pages at a time and this does not work
