So far it's doing well; I've only had for about 2 weeks. The motor is quite; it has a large capacity bin for easy disposal and direction to its use is very precise.
Pros: Quiet Operation, Quality Construction, Warranty, Safety Features, Mess Reduction

This shredder works great! It is a well made machine of quality parts, which is excactly what we were looking for. It shreds multiple pages without a problem. We even tested running an old credit card through the machine and it was just like shredding paper! Amazing and we are very happy with this product!

We recently purchased a Fellowes shredder and are very satisfied with this product. It is a true workhorse! The Fllowes SB99Ci is easy to operate and very safe. This is the second Fellowes shredder we have in our office; if we ever need a third, I know it will be a Fellowes.

Just got this shredder yesterday, and have already shredded enough to empty the container 10 times. It has worked perfectly.
The unit is amazingly quiet. We were able to shred lots of old documents while watching the State of the Union speeches. Even with the "quieter" retoric they promised, we were still able to hear everything while the shredder was running.

this is a very quiet shredder compared to the old one we had in our small office. When we are on the phone, we can still use the shredder with a screaching noice in the background.

Definitely Worth It!!

I'm in a fairly small office with around 15-20 people. We all use this and we love it!
When I introduced it to the office I expected people to test out the 'Jam Proof' claim. Many did and all of them failed!
This has been a great addition to our office.
