Wonderful Surprise

It is terrific to find a machine that actually lives up to expectations. The directions for the different functions are very clear and easy for everyone to understand and the shredder functions beautifully. I really appreciate the safety feature of the Safe Touch Technology. Excellent idea! I am looking forward to many years of reliable service.

Great Purchase

Priced right. Very quit and shreds quickly. Big step up from last one I had. Very easy to set up an operate. Like safety features with having small children in house. Great for small business and home use. I have nothing negative to say about this product. Would definitely recommend this to everyone.

Best Shredder I have ever purchased!

This Fellowes Powershred 99Ci 100% Jam Proof Cross-Cut Shredder is by far the best paper shredder I have ever bought. It preforms great and is quiet. it was out of my price range, but now I’m glad I decided to go the extra distance and purchase it. was well worth the extra money. (Great Job Fellowes!)

I purchased this product because I was concerned about destroying old patient records in my office. I love the feature that shows when too much material is placed in the unit which would cause a jam of the unit. It has performed beyond my expectations. Dr. Donald Elitt and Staff

We bought it because of the jam proof feature, hand safety feature, and the quietness of the machine when in use as we have a little one in the house. We love our shredder and all its features and love the fact that it does actually what it said it would. Great job, Fellowes, and I would recommend this product to anyone who has a person that over loads paper shredders or has little ones because it will save you in the long run.

Fellows Shredder 99CI

It is all about your expectations. This shredder works well for its intended audience; if you’re about to shred the Library of Congress it is the wrong machine. I’ve cut up to five sheets at once without issue. As for the noise, it is better than anticipated, not bad at all; keep in mind you are spinning reciprocating cutters, so expect some noise. If your needs are greater than shredding twenty minutes out of every hour, this unit is not for you. While it might shred 10 or 11 sheets at once, expecting that performance continuously may overtax this unit. You buy this unit for the security provided by the end product and this shredder gets it done. Go for it you won’t be sorry.

This is the best shredder we have purchased. It is safe, younger staff guys tried it out (nice to get all the shredding done by them) and said how much they like it. It will automatically shut off if there is any danger.

Great shredder, does what is advertised

This shredder takes triple the volume of the last shredder which was also a Fellowes. It makes the job that much quicker, Only downside is when you empty the drawer of shredded material, the leftovers from the shredding mechanism falls on the bottom of the unit which you have to brush out before replacing the drawer. Great overall and fast to use.

Cons: a little bit tall but it's capacity is much larger
