One step above our former shredder(Fellowes) which was great. Love how quiet this model is and the fact we can put in additional papers at the same time without it jamming. The safety fixture that has it turning off if small fingers get too close is an added bonus. Have not discovered a negative on this machine.

Attractive and Tough

Bought this as a replacement for my old Mailmate junk mail shredder. Super quiet shredding. Strong enough to eat car bumpers. Good looking enough to be a piece of furniture.

Cons: a bit more expensive but worth it.

Best Shredder for the money I have ever seen

I was in need of a new shredder. I went to client that had just purchased the Fellows 99Ci 100% Jam Proof Cross-Cut Shredder. I watched them as they shredded their records and I was sold on the product. I left their and went directly to Office Depot where I made the purchase. When I got it home I set it up and immediately started using it. It was awesome. It preformed perfectly. I could not be more pleased. I would strongly recommend this shredder to anyone who needs a shredder.

Working in healthcare, we depend on shredders as much as any other product. The Powershredder 99ci has been awesome for our clinic. We never have issues. It's lightweight, but also incredibly durable--for the amount of people using it, we should have experienced more issue, but the intuitive and easy to read design helps us avoid jamming issues. It worked so well, that I ordered one for our executive leadership office.

Excellent shredder, it shreds easily and quietly, have not seen or experience any issues since use (approx 1 month). It is a rather large unit for a small office but the shredder container can hold quite a bit material. The only draw back is that when the plastic bags run out, will need to find similar type of bags for disposal. Well worth the cost!

A+ Shredder

This is every thing that i wanted in a shredder from being able to shred large amounts of paper to the safety touch feature to the extra large 9 gallon bin. The machine is quite and it's easy to move around thanks to the casters. The machine did over heat once after 20 minutes of constant shredding but not a problem, it cooled down in 40 minutes. I shredded a 30 gallon bin of old paper that included staples but the shredder didn't even blink. I do oil it after the bin is full like the manufacture recommends and I think this will be the last shredder that I will have to buy.
