I have only used this product for a short time, but it has done the job that I need done. It takes care of jams and shreds the way it advertises.
Pros: Secure Cut Size, Jam Resistance
Cons: Mess Reduction

Great Machine

We use this machine at my office and this is the second one after a long use and, we just could not settle for any other we had to have the same shredder.
Pros: Quiet Operation, Sheet Capacity, Quality Construction, Warranty, Shreds Credit Cards, Staples and CDs, Service Guarantee, Safety Features, Secure Cut Size, Jam Resistance, Mess Reduction

SEAMLESS

This powerful little shredder is both quiet and intelligent. It doesn't just inform you when the shredding bag is full, but also when you've inserted too many documents. This helps prevent any paper jams and results in a superior and seamless shredding performance. My only complaint is that it is somewhat difficult not to make a mess when changing the bag, etc.

Our new shredder

We purchased our new shredder in March 2014 and thus far we are very pleased. We have had a Fellowes shredder for 8 years but our usage was too heavy for the model we had. This time we chose a heavier model and the difference is obvious. The unit itself is heavier and our productivity is enhanced by its greater capacity.We would be pleased to recommend it to other small offices.

Meets our needs

Bought this replacing a small shredder the office I took over had. This one is meeting up with the needs we have, and so far is performing perfectly. I shredded enough to fill the bin six times already. Not one jam or issue.

does not jam but needs to be placed into reverse frequently. Before purchase, called company & asked if it does newspaper & was told yes. However, in the booklet, it says not to use on newspaper.

Jam Proof

Purchased in March and being used ever since. Truely jam proof. If the shredder is struggling to shred the paper because too much was put in, the lights go up to top page amount and it stops. Also you can put a plastic bag in and the shreded paper falls right into the bag. Clean up is easy. Just remove the filled bag and insert a new one. Mess free! It's great. Can also shred credit cards and cds. Best shreder ever! Has great warranty compared to other brands.
