This shredder is small and stylish. It makes almost no noise so we can be on the phones while someone is shredding. I love the waste basket sensor that shows how full it is. This thing is awesome!!!!

works great but messy

Great shredder but messy. The bags don't stay in place to well and when full u have a (small) mess to pick up. Have the vacuum handy but overall good. Love that it comes with wheels. Easy to move around! I would purchase it again.

Best Product For High Usage

I have had other machines that have not lasted one year with the high volume usage that i need. The previous Fellowes 99ci that i have used has been in service for 4 years. I have been shredding past files at a rate of about 1 or 2 bags with a 30 gallon volume each day for about 8 months each year.
Pros: Sheet Capacity, Quality Construction, Shreds Credit Cards, Staples and CDs, Safety Features, Secure Cut Size, Jam Resistance, heavy usage duty
Cons: access to cleaning electronic eye

The Mercedes of home office shredders

I don't own a luxury car, but if I did I would expect it to perform like this shredder - sleek, quiet and fast. It is not silent, but it has a pleasant low growl that reveals some power in reserve 'under the hood'. It is a pleasure to use, the fit and finish are top shelf, and my wife said it was the best Christmas gift she got this year.

Optimistic ! ! !

Picked up my new Fellows Power Shred Ci tonight. Set up was easy - just took it out of the box. I chose not to put on the wheels since I do not need to move it from my chosen location. I shredded several pieces of paper and junk mail. Works good. I am VERY IMPRESSED how quiet it is compared to other shredders I have used or owned in the past. The true test will be when I have the chance to use it this weekend while cleaning out some files I don't need. I don't anticipate any problems since it seems to be a very well-made product.

Amazing Bang for your Buck

We have had a smaller fellowes shredder in our office since I have worked here we just wanted to upgrade to a cross shredder with a little more power so here we are with an amazing shredder....and I won't deny that I had to shred something as soon as we got it out of the box!

Terrific machine, but needs a larger pull out bin to keep up with the volume of paper it's capable of shredding. I would have given it 5 stars if I didn't have to continually adjust and/or remove bin contents- which also increases the volume of shredded pieces ending up outside the bin.

Excellent shredder for small office

Quiet and efficient shredder. Has wheels to move around easily. Can shred up to 17 sheets at one pass. Height is good so you don't have to bend when using it. Only drawback I have noted is that you really need to buy/use the plastic bags to catch the cut up paper as they are so small and fall everywhere when you empty it when in full. This creates an extra expense. Overall happy with the purchase.
