We have used a small Fellowes shredder for years. We are very impressed with the speed and capacity of this new shredder.
Pros: Quiet Operation, Sheet Capacity, Quality Construction, Shreds Credit Cards, Staples and CDs, Safety Features, Secure Cut Size, Jam Resistance, Mess Reduction

Superb Shredder

Had a fellowes shredder before but it finally died after giving great service. The new one is more powerful, has great controls and safety features. Have owned for a few months and been very pleased.

I run a large apartment complex, so the volume of shredding goes on and on! This product doesn't cough or gag on paper like the cheap units do. I have been punishing the heck out of this shredder, and I give this producrt a 2 thumbs up vote!!!

Cons: Mess Reduction

Replacement shredder

We have had the exact same shredder for 6 years, with high usage. When it came time to replace the shredder we opted for the same make and model. Kudos for an excellent product.

I have always had trouble with jamming and trying to dig out paper with tweezers. The best way to handle no jamming is to watch the light that lights up showing full or other. Just pull out the basket and push down the shredding and you can add more. I don't use the bags. Just easier to empty the basket

This shredder is awesome in that it is quiet, has nice safeguard, and you can shred more than 1 sheet at a time. Would recommend for families with small children.
