Good investment

So far, this product is satisfactory. Needs to produce a better manual. ex basic set up - caster installation. just pictures and no comments nor tools. We had to call in how to install these. We were told to hit it in with either a shoe or hammer. I went online to download the manual (hoping it was a more in detail type), but there were several ones download for this product and I had to call "which one to download". The staff was very helpful, by the way. When I previewed the manual-I was in shock! It was the same brochure that came with the shredder.
Pros: Jam Resistance, Safety Features, Quiet Operation, Secure Cut Size, Sheet Capacity, so far it was the worthy investment
Cons: needs more detailed manual

We are glad that you found our customer service team to be so helpful! Our casters can sometimes be difficult to install, but we have formulated several tips and tricks to help with this process, such as using a rubber mallet or the weight of the machine in order to push these casters into place.

Seems very sturdy and quiet. If it holds up as well as my last Fellowes shredder I will be a very happy consumer. Many new energy and safety features. Looks and feels solid.

Best Ever Shredder

I have had other products for the same purpose but were loud in operation and would frequently jam. I have had this product only a few days and it has far surpassed my expectation! I am very please with my purchase!

Power Shredder at It's Best

Very durable shredder that can handle all home office needs. It is slightly louder than my previous Fellowes shredder however that machine was not as powerful The shredder operation is extremely safe especially if you have small children that may be near the machine

Perfect for small business

I've only had this shredder for a few days, but so far I am very impressed. It is very quiet, I have not had any problems with jamming, the capacity you can send through is great. Overall I have been very happy with this.

A Cut Above

This is my first larger sized Fellowes shredder and compared to the smaller Fellowes, this is definitely a shredder that is a cut above (pun intended). I'm impressed by how many sheets this shredder can handle without choking and how quite it is. I also like the fact that I can put plastic bags in the bin compartment which definitely helps with disposal of shredded paper. This is the most money I've ever spent on a shredder, but it's definitely worth every penny.
