We had another shredder that could barely get through 4 pages without overheating, but when we got the 99Ci we were able to accomplish our shredding in a breeze. This little machine has so much power and is completely safe. If you get your fingers anywhere near the blades it stops its shredding until its safe. Best thing we've purchased for the office in a long time!

Quiet, but heavy

Just got the 99ci and I immediately started shredding. The thing is a beast. It ripped through all my junk mail in no time and did so quietly. The only thing is that it's a bit heavy...which adds to the durability.

Great overall machine, wish however though it could shred more plastic cards at once.

Awesome shredder.

Finally, a product that does what it says it will do. I have use this shredder regularly since i got and not even a hiccup from it. It's very quiet and not noisy like my last one from Fellowes. It's built well and made to take more then most others out there. The safety features are outstanding, and the sheet capacity is also a feature that got me to try this. I also like that it can shred cd's, paper clips, and staples. All in all it is a very capable shredder, and one that i would recommend.
