I had a smaller Fellows shredder for many years, but it broke. This model is a big upgrade in features, size and cost. I used it today for a stack of a variety of paper types. Very quiet and shredded well. It's a bit more difficult to feed than my old one, but not bad. The waste bin is very large, but I found that you often have to tamp down the shredded paper, and some of it ends up on the floor or behind the basket. Better than the old one but still messy. My expectation is that this will be the last shredder I'll ever need.
Pros: Quiet Operation, Safety Features, Sheet Capacity
Cons: Mess Reduction

Excellent Shredder, BUT...

To clarify my "Product Ratings": 1.) The shredding performance is EXCELLENT; but, 2.) the overall durability, in my mind, is questionable, as the bottom of the "bin" is already DEFORMED (to put it in one word - BULGING"???). See (2) uploaded photos.

Hi JoCoke! The 'bulging" that you see on the bottom of you bin is sometimes apparent due to the spacing of the clamps. We can assure you that the shred bin in your machine is 100% secure! We have used several shredders over the years, but this one, I love it! It's quit, fast, jam free, safety features, 18 pages at once, doesn't overheat, cuts at a crisscross& Shreds CD's, paper clips, & staples! What's not to love!

Bought this shredder recently and wow, really has a lot going for it. Everything you could want in a office tool and more. Shreds very well and I enjoy all the technical features (all the indicator lights)

This is the best Shredder I have ever purchased. It handles multiple sheets with ease. This is one work horse of a shredder. Love the easy use features. I recommend this Shredder if you are in need of a reliable paper shredder

WORLD'S TOUGHEST SHREDDER ARRIVED DAMAGED

Shredder arrived damaged and had to be shipped back. Hopefully replacement will be much better.
