Shredding in our office was not a fun thing. We stood in line or just dumped the papers on top for the next person to shred. Then came the new shredder. WOW, I am amazed at the difference in the stress level. The shredder is quiet, and with it's own pleasant sound. Hasn't jammed yet and shreds so easily.

great purchase

I purchased this to replace the shredder that died in my office. We typically shred 150-200 sheets/envelopes per day and the old owner went through 2 shredders in 2 years. This product is much more powerful, quiet, and feels like it is of much higher quality than the brand that it is replacing. So far great product!

This shredder is an animal-it works like a quiet pitbull. I've only owned it for a short time, but you can tell when something is quality made. I only use it at my home, and it's probably a little over kill, but I've gone thru 2 smaller shredders and I'm tired of them breaking after about a year. This unit will save me money in the long run, and it really doesn't take up much space. I would definately recommend this shredder.

I purchased this shredder to replace a "one sheet at a time" strip shredder and have been pleasantly surprised at the ease of use, the safety feature and quiet operation, not to mention the 100% jam proof feature.
I definitely would recommend the shredder without hesitation.

Good Choice

I searched via internet and office supply catalogs for a shredder that would meet our needs. After doing them, I decided to purchase the Fellowes SB 99Ci shredder. The first thing that I noticed was how quiet it was when doing shredding. After using it over a period of time, I also appreciated the other features of this shredder - jam resistance, saftety features and the quality of its construction. I would certainly recommend this shredder to other people. Thank you for making a quality shredder for a small office.

More than I need

This shredder is undoubtedly more than what I really need, but it is beautiful---so quiet, shreds so effortlessly. I cannot say that I have pushed the jamming point, but have every bit of confidence in this machine.

Outstanding product, but

This machine does everything it claims to do, and is very quiet to operate. The only downside is the waste basket seems to fill to one side and set off the safety shutoff prematuraly. One has to open the drawer and shake it down to continue (about four or five times before it's full).
