Good Shredder

This is a pretty reliable shredder, but we ended up with a jam that could not be undone. This shredder is very safe. If you have small children, I would recommend this product. Thus we are receiving a new shredder as ours was still covered by the warranty.

Great Shredder

I use this for a home office. It is quiet and easily handles 10+ sheets of paper without jamming. I highly recommend it.

SB-99Ci Shredder

The unit was received within 2-days. I took it out of the box and set it up without the wheels which I've kept just in case I decide to install them. The handy bin to hold papers to be shredded, I'm using to hold plastic bags to line the shredder bin drawer and the lubricant for the shredder.
I've found the unit to be quiet and very efficient. I especially like the safety features of the unit.
The only drawback I've found so far is if you stick a small item into the shredder, the unit might turn on but possibly won't "grab" what you're shredding. Other than that, it's great.
You do need to open the drawer periodically to spread the shred around so that it doesn't stack up in one place but I've had to do that with all my other shredders.

SB-99Ci 100% Jam Proof Cross-Cut Shredder

This Shredder has a nice, new, contemporary look to it. It operates very quietly, and the bag is easy to change. I like that an indicator light comes on telling you when to empty the compartment.

Quite a Machine!

The SB-99Ci is quite a shredder. During the last eleven years, as ID Theft and business considerations have become more important, the SB-99Ci performance has exceeded the abilities and performance of all my previously owned shredders.
The previous machines included both Fellows and two machines from other manufacturers. The SB-99Ci will continue building its reputation for quality, excellance, as well as, adding luster to Research and Development done by the Fellows Company to produce high-performance units that exmpflies the best value for the price paid by customers.
Fellows is an innovative company. Products meet and exceed the changing needs and expectations of customers. If help is needed, customer service and warranties protect the customer's investment hardware, time, and money.

Excellent Quality

This machine is a must have for a small business (and possibly a medium-sized business, as well). It can handle countless items, and the features for shredding CDs and thicker items is a bonus. I recommend this machine to any small business owner who has a continous need for shredding.

Impressive

I am impressed with how well this shredder works. Our old one overheated all the time and it was stop and go, not the case at all with the SB-99Ci. I've been able to get all of my shredding done without having to stop and wait!! No jams ! This shredder is very quiet compared to other shredders, I would recommend to others.

GREAT Purchase

Bought this shredder for our office.........we have had two others, in the past, that did not last. There are several users............and so far...........not one problem! It is quiet..........love the safety features............not one jam! GREAT SHREDDER!!
