Best Shredder I've owned

I have owned two shredders and by far this is the best yet. It is quiet, fast, and I've only had two jams so far and that was because I fed it too much at a time. The shredder was easy to clear. The big draw back so far is that it fills up so fast because I use it all the time.

Excellent shredder. Performs exactly as the advertisements states. It's fast and quiet. Well worth the expense compared to any cheaper competition models.

Great decision

After months of reviewing and debating and pondering different brands and sizes, I went ahead and purchased this shredder. It's great! I am especially thrilled with how quiet it is! It's quick and easy and seems quite sturdy. It has a prominent place in my home office!

Having burned up 8 shredders in the past couple of years, I am thrilled to find a shredder that is built to last. Not once has this shredder jammed (unlike my previous shredders).

Strong, relatively quiet operation

I purchased this shredder to replace a Royal 12x crosscut shredder that died on me. The SB-99Ci is a lot quieter and stronger than my former shredder. Although this shredder is rated for 17 sheets per pass; the best I can get is 12-13. But that is ample for my home office use. My Royal could only do about 7 sheets per pass, with a lot more noise. The floor casters that come with this shredder make moving the shredder easy, with very little effort.
