Both my husband and I are seniors and have some back/hip issues that most mattresses don't address. Adding the topper to our bed made a lot of difference for us. I believe we both sleep more hours and can get back to sleep more easily.

I've had a bad back for years now, I'm a nurse for bed bound patients so my back is pretty messed up. I also have chronic insomnia and I toss and turn all night. But since getting this topper, I've noticed I turn over only a few times a night instead of every 10-20 minutes. My back still hurts in the morning like normal (that won't go away), but it doesn't hurt while sleeping. So that REALLY helps. Gonna be honest here, it's kinda hard to be intimate on... it's perfect for sleeping, but not for other things. Lol! Hope this helps - pretty satisfied customer

This Tempur-Pedic seems a bit hard/solid if just touching it with your hand, but when sleeping.... I seem to melt into it. It is very comfortable and I recommend if you are needing to upgrade your mattress, but not ready to spend the money for a Tempur-Pedic mattress. I am a warm sleeper so with summer coming I hope it won't be any warmer than my regular mattress. I feel rested in the morning but at the same time, I feel so comfy just lying there and enjoying the support and comfort.
