To start they don't take returns so don't think for a second you will see how you like it first. You are stuck with what ever you buy or pay the $175 return fee if you get it approved. This is also very soft as if there was nothing to it although it's extremely heavy like there should be something there. I asked their support if it was supposed to be this soft which you would think they could have an answer for but guess again. I weigh only 130lbs and they had no idea if I should have sank all the way to the bottom. If mattresses are all they do they should have an idea of what it takes weight Wise to have a certain sink.

Did not help with the pressure points I was soooo hoping it would. As a matter of fact, my hip seems to be worse. It's too soft. It's actually worse than the less expensive one I purchased. It's unfortunate there was no place locally to go and test out the topper. Not to mention no refund. It's a relatively expensive product with no trial/refund policy. My experience with this topper was terrible my body ache all over. I was considering the mattress, hmmmm

Hard as a rock

I used to have the twin/twin xl for college and when I moved I insisted on getting the queen since I LOVED the one I had previously. I've been nothing but disappointed with this new one. Instead of being soft and absorbing your body, I lay hard on top. Wish I had gotten something else as I don't sleep at night anymore and wake up sore as can be. I used to recommend this topper to everyone; however they must have changed the design and thus you should consider a different product if you enjoy sleeping at night.

Cooling topper wasn't cool....

I was excited to see there was a cooler option. I gave my regular tempurpedic topper to a friends pregnant daughter, because this was supposed to be cooler. Zero difference. I feel like I wasted my money. I love tempurpedic, but am disappointed in this product.

I purchased this to change out my old mattress topper. I can honestly say this is by far the best topper I've ever purchased. I actually bought another one for another bedroom. I've never slept so well in my life! After my purchase my sister and friend bought one for their beds as well!

Not what I expected!!!

All it does is squish flat onto my hard mattress. I am a "side-sleeper" and my hips still hit the hard mattress below. I still squirm all night long, trying to get comfortable.

Nice life hack

I had a 7 year old pillow top mattress that was beginning to sag. I watched a life hack video about flipping a pillow top mattress on the wrong side (non pillow side up). The tempur topper is now placed on top of the flat side. The result was fantastic. The equivalent of a new tempur mattress with a 10 year warranty for $350. The feel and function is equal to a full tempur mattress in every way.
