This was shipped fast and packaged well. The topper IS comfortable, however, with pain in my neck, back, hips and shoulder from an injury, I wound up having to buy a new mattress.
I would recommend this to a friend!

It helps, but it isn't worth the price. I Dont go there to be a cooling component. If this is "cool", I definitely would not want to sleep on the other, non-cooling topper. I was hoping for something a little different.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do love that it is nice quality, although not what I expected. I have purchased Tempur-Pedic mattresses in the past. I absolutely loved them. I was expecting the comfort of the mattress. It does not conform to your body like the mattress does. I purchased it due to knee issues, not a lot of help there. I toss and turn a lot, so the density of the topper makes it hard for me to move around much. My husband absolutely loves the comfort of the topper. In saying this, it is very nice quality, just not a good fit for me.
