Far, far, far too soft...

This topper is far too soft to be useful. In their wisdom, this company has decided that the only reason to get a topper is to make a very firm mattress softer. Never mind that I own a pretty firm Tempurpedic mattress topper from years ago that is fantastic. Regardless, this current topper is absolutely useless.

Don't buy the hype about easy care. When I washed the cover (first time), the zipper broke and it shrunk, so the topper no longer fits inside. Very poorly made. I called customer service and was directed to a warranty link that doesn't work. Today marks exactly one month from purchase, so, yeah, I'd shop elsewhere for sure.

NO RETURNS - Too Soft & Too Hot

Wish I would have read the return policy (no returns) before purchasing this. The product is far too soft and even with the cooling cover, is also far too hot. Our next purchase will be a latex foam topper (with free returns!) to help with both of those issues.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought a new mattress, and it wasn't as comfortable once I got it home. As will happen with age, my joints became a little sore when sleeping on my side. I decided to get this mattress topper, and it is fantastic. It's extremely comfortable and I no longer wake up sore. I sleep solo, so I do rotate it once/month to try and get even wear on it, and the other side pops back by the time I'm ready to rotate again. Love this product. Worth the money. (I didn't get the cooling feature, and don't notice it being too hot).

This Topper is a total Whopper. You'll sleep like a snoring tiger and ride the waves of creamy dreamy sleep. Straightens the back and pops the knees in alignment. Space Age sleep, soft upon the buttocks.
