This topper makes sleeve possible for me. I've had spine problems for 30 years and recently they have worsened. Only this topper provides the comfort and support that allows my poor aching back to rest. Can't recommend it highly enough.

I will note that it is very soft and I do sink into it, but I do not mind that. This is a good option to hold off on purchasing a new mattress
