Had been searching for the Tempur-Pedic and attempted to go with the topper. Coolness was solid for the first few minutes, but the product shifted very easily, could not stay in place. Spending what I spent on a topper, I thought it would check all of the boxes, unfortunately it did not.

I got this to put on a futon and my parents, who are in their 70s, said it was very comfortable to sleep on. Elastic straps that keep it in place are quite handy. The only reason for minus one star is that it is quite bulky to store. I have the queen size, and when rolled up it's about a foot in diameter. I'm short on closet space which is why that matters to me, but if storage space is not a concern for you, ignore that consideration.

I've had my topper since February and it's already split. Straps do not keep it in place.
