I have been sleeping on the topper for almost a month now and have consistently noticed a sloping on one side of the topper. I slept on the opposite sie last night and did not notice this. There is a lack of consistency with the topper, and it gives way too much on one side. I also paid extra for the cooling technology, which I wish I hadn't. It's a waste of money and seems to be a gimmick. There is no cooling difference between the topper and my mattress alone.

When the topper arrived, I was shocked. I have purchase tempura-pedic in the past and the quality has definitely diminished. The topper is like a piece of regular foam. Contacted Tempur-pedic and they said - oh well - no returns. No more Tempur-pedic for me ever.

One of the corner elastic straps was not sewn at an end, rendering it useless. A little disappointing considering the cost. The comfort of the actual topper is outstanding, just annoyed that I have to keep readjusting it into the correct position.
